Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) Originally Aired in August 3, 2009 under The Family Money Show Name.

Many American home owners are unaware of the newly enacted Home Valuation Code of Conduct that took effect May 1, 2009. The Home Valuation Code of Conduct (the Code) is the result of a joint agreement between Freddie Mac, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and the New York State Attorney General to enhance the independence and accuracy of the appraisal process, and provide added protections for home buyers, mortgage investors and the housing market.

The reality of HVCC: Those who stand to loose the most are home buyers and sellers. Listen in to hear David and Heath talk about this little known rule that affects the value of your home.
